This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is a 2 story house with a 3 car garage. 3rd bay entrance in on the side. It has an elevator. The barn doors between the upstairs rooms can be ' moved' by the layers. Alternate between open and closed. Full interior, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, wide hallways for ADA readyness. Chef's kitchen. There is a mini-bar upstairs. The shed on the back is for the elevator equipment. Come on in - the front door is open!
