Japanese Modular Folk Houses Low-poly 3D model

Description

It's a modular set for recreating Japanese traditional folk houses with an interior, exterior and props. This type of buildings is called Minka (民家).

The textures includes Diffuse Map, Metallic Roughness Occlusion Packed in the rgb channels, Normal Map directx(you nhave to flip the green channel when using opengl). The pack includes .blend .fbx, .obj files and a folder with all the textures. Screenshots rendered with Blender Cycles.

How many pieces does this come in? I see all sorts of things laying about. I generally want to especially like the interior. But I am afraid of it's size. How big is the building in Megabits, stripped down?

Good morning ! I actually love this pack, but what holds me back from buying it is the price for the utility. I saw that you had put certain items in purchase by the piece, but not all, would it be possible to have the others on the store or a complete pack of the decoration object of this one?

This is an amazing set of models and well, well worth the price. All the buildings are perfect and there are so many accessories. I highly recommend these models for anybody looking to create a scene with traditional, Japanese folk houses.
