High Detail 3D Exterior Model of a Retail Store-Exterior Only Perfect building for a grocery, electronics, toy or any other type of store. Could be placed on its own or on a mall site.

Building has metal panel entry with metal panel canopy, eifs on the sides with CMU and stone at corners wrapping around the building. Corrugated Metal panel above at corners for detail. -Materials are CMU Blocks, EIFS, Stone, Concrete, Metals, Metal Panel, Roofing -Metal panel Red Color can be changed to any color, 2 of the CMU colors can also be changed to any color. Corrugated Metal Panel can be changed to any color.

-Originally Modeled in Revit, imported into 3ds max and cleaned up/remodeled. Rendered using Vray and HDRI sky. HDRI map NOT included. -Model has Loading Dock shown that are depressed for Trucks -Model has Storage for shopping carts on exterior on the corners -Signage included and can easily be changed into any font or text. -All textures included in Zip file, Textures will have to be relinked from folder. -Model objects all grouped into 1 group for easy scene movement -Model set to 0,0,0 axis -Interior NOT modeled -Please note model was made in 3ds Max and other provided formats have not been tested in other software and may need modifications, buyer is responsible for corrections into other software, reach out for assistance as required.
