Modular City Building 3D model

High-quality, detailed 3D model of a building which can be find in most of the cities accross the world. It's a mix of modern and neo-classical architecture.Building is modular and it's easy to make different layouts, adjust number of floors, materials, etc. In this package I included 2 variations of this building (as shown on preview images).

IMPORTANT - please note that 3dsmax + corona renderer is native workflow for this model. If you want to use Vray renderer you can easily convert this scene because materials are really simple. I didn't export the entire buildings as FBX or OBJ, just modules.

There are no interiors. Each floor has curtains behind windows.

LIGHTS ARE INCLUDED, just turn them on and you have this building ready for evening or night scenes.

Downloadable content:

• NATIVE 3dsmax files (Corona Render) versions 2023 and 2020 - Material ready scenes, each file has two types of building layouts (as shown on preview images) and separate modular elements
• FBX and OBJ files - just modules - you might have to create shaders manually if you plan to use this outside of 3dsmax
