This 3D model of an urban bus stop shelter includes two distinct texture sets:
Clean version – subtle wear, suitable for modern cityscapes and architectural visualization.
Graffiti version – features bold graffiti tags and extra damage such as rust, scratches, and weathering, perfect for gritty urban environments, dystopian worlds, or street culture projects.
Both versions share the same mid-poly geometry (~18k polys) and PBR texture workflow, ensuring high visual fidelity and performance across engines.
FeaturesMid-poly optimized (~18,000 polygons)
Two texture sets: Clean (light wear) & Graffiti (heavy damage)
PBR workflow: BaseColor, Normal, Roughness, Metallic, AO
Realistic weathering and surface detail
Modular and easy to integrate
Clean topology and non-overlapping UVs
Compatible with Unity, Unreal Engine, 3ds Max, and more
