The first in an ongoing series of World Builder assets, Belgrade gives you 10 unique and detailed soviet era buildings - some with variations - for a total of 16 assets.
The assets are inspired by real world buildings in Serbia's Belgrade - specifically New Belgrade - including the iconic Western City Gate tower. Heavily influenced by Soviet thought and planning, many of the buildings prioritize occupancy while also making use of wide open green spaces and amenities to maximize self sufficiency on the community level. The buildings could also easily fit in to any eastern european setting - particularly in a cold war era. The assets are packed full of props and details, from roadside shops to Air conditioners, garbage bins, street signs and elevated walkways. 3 Suburban assets will also give your environment some variety - fences, gates and sheds all included!
The assets have two texture sets - 8K resolution and 4K resolution - and can be considered mid-poly - perfect for both video games and film. The FBX format is compatible with most popular game and render engines. Meshes and their assigned PBR materials are optimized and clearly labelled for ease of use.
As of March 2024 the new version of Belgrade now also includes a 3D site complete with roads, sidewalks, street lights and bridges! The file can be downloaded separately in FBX format.

Will these assets work with my Game Engine/Renderer?My assets all come in fbx format and is compatible with all game engines and renderers.
Do these assets contain any interiors?No. The assets were created as exterior environment elements and optimized to be used in large scenes.
Are the trees and grass in the artwork included?Any trees, people or cars present in the artwork is purely for artistic intent and not part of the asset bundle.
