  • Based on jUNE 2021 GIS data. -Clean scene with UV mapped and textured buildings. 50 Building types (based on map data, office, school, hospital, cafe, university, house etc) provided in separate files.Clean Hierarchy with grouped objects according to map type, properly named materials with textures.Fast loading and rendering scene. All the objects are properly assigned with materials and textures. The scene is built in a simple way, and all are poly objects.You can easily change the textures of each object including the buildings. Buildings are assigned with 11 textures and you can change them easily.Trees are not included in the main scene, kindly merge the tree file.Curve data not included in the main scene, separate file provided.Extra details including bridge type, tunnels, pipeline, power lines, waterways, boundary etc are included in separate files.Kindly check the texture folder, you will be surprised!Download the preview render file first and check the details, especially the area covered. Check all the preview images.The city is made in c4d, you will get exactly the same render in c4d. However due to exporting limitations some textures may not render as the same in other 3d formats. I tried my best to include all the textures (additional textures also provided) in a separate file. You can reassign the textures easily. The buildings will be the same across all the formats.

All objects are properly arranged and added with proper name and materials. For user convenience the scene has proper hierarchy with layers, materials and groups. - Buildings are extracted from real world data.
