When translating into a game engine, change the texture resolution to 2048x2048 p.
The EXR texture is packed into the blend file.
The scale is set to 'real world' (1unit=1 m).
Originally modeled in Blender 3D, the model was exported to obj, fbx, 3ds and others formats .
I recommend using FBX, OBJ, glTF file, as other formats break smoothing groups.
In the blend file, all shader nodes are configured, in order to enable the texture without copyright, press M on the node that is disabled. You can also switch between the two textures simply by plugging Principled BSDF into the output (Surface).
If all textures are pink, then do the following steps: File-> External data-> Find missing files -> (select the texture folder) wait a little and enjoy.
