I made a high detailed Fender JazzMaster. Every parts exept the strings, Pegs, and screws are made from single mesh, so it reduced lots of polygons I think. you can easily change the body color what ever you want. Just go to the material settings and choose the one call Body and change the surface color! the wood texture is made from the texture which is included in Blender.
