You get what you pay so this model is according to $5. Don’t expect a good detailing or good wireframe. Needs a lot of work if you are going to render it realistic as there are a lot of dents, open edges, extra vertices, no hinge, flipped faces and many other issues. Please look for other models if you want to use it for commercial usage or realistic rendering.
