Venice is a fully rigged 3d character. He is entirely made in Blender. Body and clothes textures are rendered in 8K (8096px). Textures are packed within the Blend file. Cycles render engine is preferable.
She is completely made of poylgons. All meshes are on subdivion on level 1 therefore you can crank up the levels for smoother deformations . To change the eye color, you can play with a hue/saturation node.
The robotic arm is also included
