Render Engine:
The character is rendered in Eevee, but it also works fine in Cycles.
Materials:
The materials are not fully baked, but texture maps are used. The wrinkles on the fabric is a baked normal map. The rocket logo on the shoulder is a decal added into the materials. There is also another normal map used to add the details to the panel on the front and the helmet details.
Rigging:
The character is rigged with bones, using an IK rigging setup for the arms and legs. The helmet, jet pack, and a few other objects are parented to bones.
