He was devotedly created in Blender and is available to you in:

A rigify legacy mode human rig was used to create the animantion, the meta rig is included in the .blend file if you want to make some individual changes. The walking animation is also included in the .blend file if you want to study the walking mechanism. Additionally an HDRI image is packed into the .blend file.

Polygon&Vertices count include the subdivision modifier.
