There are 2 .blend files, one with FK Rig and the other with IK Rig
The Polygon & Vertices totals represent the mesh without subdivision
*** SPECS ***
In the IK version you can choose to switch arms and/or legs to FK and you can add/hide elements fron the armature data panel (e.g: you can choose to hide FK bones of the legs/arms)
No addons or plug-ins needed for the .blend files
The mesh has a clean geometry based on loops & 'only' quads
The mesh can be subdivided according to your needs, subdivision surfaces methods like Meshsmooth or Turbosmooth are perfectly working
No creases used so the subdivision can be done exactly in the same way in any other 3D Software
The Preview image is rendered using Eevee rendering engine
The .blend files are ready to render exactly like the preview image
