Morph controls are connected to head control object. To control the facial morphs you dont need to select the morph tag in objects menu, but select the head controller in the viewport the yellow 5-gon. That one has all the same controls and it works perfectly. As well as eye controller in the viewport controls the blinking.

The environment texture for the glass in goggles (room.hdr) is not included. Please add any hdr image there if you plan to use the model in white environment for some reflections. If used in any other environment it just not needed.
Format FBX is export and will not render as shown in thumbnails. The rig might not work there. Renderings of these file formats will be affected by the application you open them in.
