For Unreal Engine 5.6 make sure you download all 3 files marked (UE 5.6 Update 8-13-2025) into the same and unzip them using the file UE 5.6 Update 8-13-2025.zipNote that you must have the Metahuman Plugin installed to use paramatric clothing for UE5.6
