This is Alien Queen Sci-fi Headpiece was originally designed for an Instagram filter which was never published, so feel free to use it as you wish, dress up your characters, use it for your own instagram filters or 3D print it and use it on yourself.

The head is included but is not attached or merged with the crown, it's only included as a reference, you can use it in any other model or project you wish.
