Let's say someone buys your model to make a video game (I know it sounds like a lot of money, but the reality is that most indie developers are just people in debt).
So after making a low-poly, UV mapped, textured and rigged, the problem is that with this kind of condition, if the game sells more than 2000 times, then the use of your models is off-limits, so you're totally in your rights to claim whatever you want in compensation, or to sue us for this use not allowed by the terms of use.
After the details you've provided, I think you've simply been inspired by AS's terms, which are terible for customers, but people don't pay attention until they find themselves in court.
If I may suggest that you use cg trader terms, they will protect you from reselling your models as is and protect consumers from commercial use of them.
So I suggest you a “Royalty Free No Ai” license, because without the "No AI" they'll use your models to train their AI to replace you and I don't think it's what you want.
