The file contain high poly sculpted and different LOD of low poly old human hand which is easier for you to attach into your model.
Available formats: ZTL, OBJ (HIGHPOLY & LOWPOLY) *separate hand and fingernail
You can import these hand model in zbrush and attached to your model, then dynamesh it! Or either way, u can manually add more detail onto these hand as detail as you like. Welcome to use it to speed up your process of creation.
