I made a model of a tesla with interiors and textures. No image textures needed. I suggest to render this car in blender and in cycles. I made it in cycles but it works in eevee and workbench too. This blend file comes with 2 cars and pre built lighting and backdrop. You can render it like this or get the results I got by changing the color.
