Hi I purchased this model that looks great, to use in C4D. I opened the .fbx in C4D, unfortunately, even when I put this low poly model into a HyperNurbs (or Subdivision Surface), it doesn't look at all as cool and curvy as the renders I see here. I mean that the Subdivision does not produce the lines and curves and lines as smooth as attended. Am I missing something? Thanx for your help!

Hi, I used turbosmooth modifier in 3ds max with "smooth result by smoothing groups" option and set iterations to 3. So make sure that fbx importer imports smoothing groups (even 3ds max doesn't import smoothing groups by default) and use smoothing groups for subdivision. I hope this helps, if not i can upload smoothed high poly model.

Thanx for your quick answer. Seems like C4D does not support smoothing groups. I guess I'll need a smooth high poly model as you suggest. Thanx
