City car. This is a concept. I have participated in Peugeot Design Contest 2008 with this model. The main idea of that concept is the "changable drive (power) box" that is placed in the rear. This box contains all things that move the car (engine, trunk, controlers, steering rack and ect.). It's possible to equip this box with different source of power - or fuel engine, or gaz engine, or electrical motor. The rear wheels attached to this box is steering wheels. I suppose that inside city it's have some advantages, for example, when you are parking in narrow place and there is more room for the legs in front.
