Here is a simple explanation of what makes this model special and how it is designed:
The Overall Concept This isn't just a background building; it is a monument to stopped time. We designed this Gothic tower to look like it was struck by a catapult, an explosion, or a massive earthquake. It works perfectly as a central landmark in a ruined city or a fantasy battlefield.
Exposed Clockwork Guts Usually, the mechanism of a clock tower is hidden. Here, the stone walls have crumbled away to reveal the massive, rusty iron gears and cogs inside. This adds a layer of mechanical complexity (steampunk vibes) to the ancient stone architecture.
The Crashed Bell The most dramatic feature is at the base. The massive bronze bell, which used to hang at the top, has crashed down and sits heavily on the ground. It is slightly tilted and weathered, telling a clear story of the structure's collapse.
Teetering Clock Face The clock face itself hasn't fallen yet, but it is dangerously slanted. It clings to the remaining roof structure, looking like it could slide off at any moment. The glass is gone, and the surface is worn, reinforcing the theme of decay.
Fractured Stone Masonry The walls are covered in deep cracks that zig-zag down the structure. We textured the stone to look old, grey, and mossy, with individual bricks missing or displaced to give the silhouette a jagged, broken feel.
Files Included: FBX, GLB, OBJ, STL, ZIP (Textures). Quick Tip: There is a nice contrast between materials here. Increase the Roughness on the stone to make it look dusty and dry, but lower the roughness slightly on the bronze bell to give it a dull metallic sheen.
