New York Downtown style building with modular construction. Can be easily modified to fit the users needs. Each window module is built to real-world scale of 2x2,7 meters and may be adapted to interior renders. All modules are tileable as to permit various floor arrangements (3x3, 4x4 and so on...). Two storefronts varieties – full and street side only. Made with Blender and tested with cycles render, fbx files are also attached. 4K textures for bricks, concrete and shades are provided.
