DESCRIPTION

Model of a Roman/Byzantine basilica church. Inclides main body of building, separate end facade to enclose it all, altar, episcopal throne, chancel screen and pulpit (all as separate models).

One or more textures on this 3D model have been created with photographs from Textures.com. These photographs may not be redistributed by default; please visit www.textures.com for more information.

Original work made in Sketchup from scratch, with the exception of large columns, which are adapted from a model by Hamernhank on 3d Warehouse. (I remodelled the base and the capital slightly, though, and changed the textures.)

Model is converted to .obj and .dae files. textures are present including metallic layers to make the gold mosaics gleam in such programmes as Daz3d.
