This is a 32-bit floating point 360 degree HDR panoramic lat long image of a Downtown Los Angeles neighborhood called Little Tokyo. Shot at 8am in the morning on a very cloudy day for nice diffuse ambient light with some blue sky. This image can be used in any 3D package for Image Based Lighting IBL. The full range of light in this scene is contained in the HDR image and will be strong enough to illuminate your 3D scene and cast soft shadows. I shot this 11 level exposure wedge, with a range from 1/4th sec to 1/4000 in step size of 2 full EV’s. That gives a range of over 12 EV’s of light in this one exterior pano.
