I'ts not a new design but it's simple and cheap to build. simple and common aluminium skeleton with 12mm bolts into 70Kg cement stones. this is the actual design we have been implementing on more than 1000 solar systems in Israel, for homes and industries and they have proved very robust, cheap to make and withstand any weather and force for at least 30 years with no maintainance. the panels used in this example are Schott Poly 230W these aluminium profiles are about 5% more robust than the old "SIMA" profiles usually used, and this construction method uses about 20% less aluminium in the process (measured in 50kWp systems), also the installation procedure is quicker and simplified next to the old "SIMA" profile.
