This is hotel in dirty, old, neglected look with some basic furniture.Each floor except ground floor has this design: 4 rooms with ensuite bathroom (two with balcony), 4 rooms with one common bathroom (one with balcony), one servis room. Hotel consist of Exterior: base, 6 levels and roof, Air-conditioning, electric boxes, staircase, doors, pipe, ventylation duct, Logo, windows. There is also a interior, walls, floor, ceiling, stairs and simple furniture like wardrobe, bed with duvet, table, armchair, bathroom.All elements have textures : normal, difffuse, roughness (some object also mettalic) usually 2k.Elevation of building has 4k texture. Glasses element are separate object.

If you don't need interior, it's possible to delete that part (it is separate element).
