The door looks great and was easy to work with. The only problem I ran into was that in the Blender file 3 materials are referenced however there are only textures for two of them (one of the Rust textures was missing). Also the normals had to be inverted. Other than that, great stuff!

Door was easy to import, only problem (on my end) was I had to switch the displacement to bump only otherwise the door was disfigured upon import. I thought it was something wrong with the model at first but after opening it in the original file and a blank .blend as an append, I realized it was in my file that the issue was happening. Looks Great, worked well with my scene, my only feedback would be that it would be nice if the door handle was a separate object so it could be rotated for a vertical handle, or move it to the other side of the door to use it for double doors.
