Stone house with door and window in Chinese scripts shape, roof top in telephone shape. Nice topology model as shown in attached images. Models are seperated into many parts so they are easy for users to modify for other purposes of using without getting any problem. I didn't use any modifer in Blender as well as plugins. Images were rendered with Eevee. Render quality as shown in pictures.
Make sure quad only, no vertice with more than 5 edges in model as per CG trader standard, a bit problem with UV stretch, other parameters were verified by Kodama. I also attached screenshot of verification by Kodama in attached images. Dimension of ground, floor, house in real life were shown in attached pictures.
Door shape was modified from Chinese text 门 but in caligraphy form, so it looks a bit different with standard form. Windows shape were modified from Chinese text 口 but in handwriting form, so they also look different with standard form. In Chinese language, 门 = gate, 口 = mouth.
Low poly, game assets ready, making animation for Chinese language teaching or building house exterior scene are also convenient. Avaiable formats: fbx, glb, obj, stl. Images textures in zip files.
For anyone who use Blender, I already set up simple world scene with blue sky and white cloud in Blender file, it is very convenient to make more pictures. However, ground in Blender file was reset dimension and location to render better illustration images, it is not the dimension in fbx, obj, stl, glb files.
