Detailed model of a Dornier Do Bal Merkur II aircraft.

Geometry and Rigging

The model consists of eight separate meshes - main fuselage, propeller, 2 x wheels, 2 x ailerons, elevator and rudder - for a total of 419,887 vertices and 415,060 faces. Each object had the appropriate pivot point for easy animation.

A low poly version is also included with 29,443 vertices and 27,916 faces.

Materials and Textures

The model comes with a single PBR material with 4k base colour, metallic, roughness and normal maps. The windshields use a separate simple glass material.

Separate textures are included for the low poly version.

The .glb versions come with a single combined metallic/roughness map (with the metallic values in the blue channel and roughness in the green).
