A set of modular elements and props for creating industrial architecture and the interior environment of an abandoned depot.

The kit includes environment scene with baked static lighting, as well as an Overview scene with all the assets from the package. Of the static objects, there are many architectural modular elements for the construction of such a building, the main object of the composition is an electric locomotive VL80T highly detailed out from the outside, as well as not a few props for filling the stage, besides a small set of decals.

This kit contains all the individual products that were included in the Abandoned Modular Depot, as well as a version for the Unity engine. For the price of the UE version, you get extended versions of the content included in it, as well as a version for the Unity engine.
