This pack contains all 12 of our urban illumination assets on CGTrader. Buying the value pack nets a 50% discount versus buying each individual asset.

The style presented fits many urban/metropolitan environments, including: streets, alleyways, parks, gardens, appartment buildings, subways, highways, freeways etc. The asset can also be used in older, industrial-era environments, allowing for versatile usage.

The assets are game-ready, optimized for real time performance with PBR textures.

The files include FBX, OBJ and BLEND formats for the mesh. The textures are 4096x4096 resolution jpg 8-bit and are exported as: PBR agnostic (BaseColor, Metallic, Roughness, Normal - DX, Emissive), UE4 (BaseColor, Normal - DX, Emissive, OcclusionRoughnessMetallic packed) and Unity URP (AlbedoTransparency packed, Normal, Emission, MetallicSmoothness packed).
