DESCRIPTION

This is the project that initiated me into the world of 3D printing. After buying a few inexpensive bird feeders, attempting to flex the cheap plastic to fit a large wine bottle, cutting, filing, and melting cheap plastic, and getting fed up with it, I taught myself the basics of CAD and purchased a 3D printer. These parts were printed with clear resin and fit the bottle perfectly. Please note that these ports were designed for a larger format bottle and not the 750ML or even 1.5L size. They may work on a 1.5L bottle, although I haven't tested it.

Etching was achieved using my Dremel with glass-cutting bits, holes in bottle were achieved with drill and diamond-coated/glass-cutting bits. Resin and epoxy resin were also used. Ports were attached with epoxy.
