A version of a coconut palm tree usable for game and VR/AR. The model is in real size and growing to 11m. It's including coconuts fixed on top of the trunk.

The 3D model include 4 LODs and collision box (UCX object) on the trunk. The LOD0 model is rigged and animated with a cycle animation of 250 frames. The 3D model is ready for game and low poly using. All materials are ready for PBR rendering.
