This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This was (hypothetically speaking) my bookstore. Lost the lease. Creditors took everything - doors, furnishings, even the sink and toilet! At least there is their phone number! And to top it off, someone threw a rock through the front door! The rock is still there. At least they did not take the cash register! And some books no one wanted. And good luck to someone trying to find something in the stockroom. There is a break area in there. Somewhere. Broke into the side entrance, the door is still open. You can enter there. The shelves are all components. If you want to make something else out of this, they can be deleted. You would have to add floors, however. This is just a box. It would be interesting to see what else someone can make from it. Bob
