The textures are 2048p High Quality and I've also included the Substance painter file.The model itself is low quality.FBX = 1.750 verticesBut, In the native blender file. You can add or remove detail using the bevel modifier. So you can even scale down the vertices to only 620.

The bench itself has real world proportions:90 cm long,25 cm wide,44 cm height
