I think this one is close to the limit from the weight point of view:
256 Gramms which means 87,5% of weight saving.
It´s a holow structure with variable wall thicknesses as needed to carry the load. I made it for a factor of safety of 1.5 as usual for aircraft parts.
The problem with titanium is its low Young´s modulus whitch results in high deformations :-( here 5mm for the 8000lbs vertical loadcase which is the worst one. Think this is not a problem for a workshop bracket.
