There is a procedural shader in the blend file for the base of the cake which can be dyed into any color the base of the cake should have.The color for the filling, sprinkles and topping can also be changed into any color.

The first two pictures in the thumbnail are ways how the cake could look like.

Materials work well in Cycles and Eevee.
