The residential building is ontwopren by Mei Architects and is part of the new district Elements in Spijkenisse. The building consists of four parts, which are two connected towers. The lower tower is 50 meters, the upper 70. The building has 22 floors and a total of 253 homes. In December 2008 the building reached its highest point, to be thus (temporarily) the tallest building in Spijkenisse. The Four Worlds is divided into four sections or worlds. These worlds vary in appearance, both in front and inside. Each world has a different name: Coast. This world is covered with a white facade and comprises 65 apartments. City. This world is coated with a light gray facade and contains 86 apartments. This world, this is the greatest. Village. This world is covered with a dark gray facade and comprises 66 apartments. Metropole. This world is covered with glass and contains 36 apartments. This world, this is the smallest.
