wide duplex Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here's the deal: my cousin wants to build a duplex. Her theory is to live in one half and rent the other half to pay some of the mortgage. So here is another idea. This has 2 master bedrooms - his and hers. Built out of 4 modular units stacked against a concrete block wall with a site-built roof. This has a study area on the 2nd floor. The plan is from the internet with a second master bedroom added to it. Great room has the kitchen, dining and livingroom. There is a covered patio out back and 2 2-car garages integrated into the design. Bought the exterior siding from the Quahog Building Materials store. TY Eric.
