Office Building Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 I made it for my city of the dream. I would like to use it as default. This one is very nice :) I also put air-conditioning system on top but i accidently made the building too small and the conditions too large :\ And I also forgot to fix this before uploading so I AM SORRY! No bad ratings! I made a mistake!!! AND SO?! We all make mistakes! So no bad ratings ABOUT SIZE. Also read the tags to find out about all the feautures!
