This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Located just north of Paulwall's downtown district, there are a number of beautifully preserved victorian houses. Few, however, remain single family homes for some were broken into apartments, some are offices for companies who bought them, and a few are abandoned. But each are unique not only to each other but to the other houses in the community. These are the houses that get photographed. For example, this one here with its intricate brick work, signiture turret, pointed arch in front, is a great example of a guilded age mansion. They do not make them like this anymore which is why people like to visit Paulwall, to see what is left of its eclectic architecture. See its fancy chimnies or the widow's walk on the roof. You even see the trapdoor hatch! Forgive this shell model for it does not yet have an interior (but will have one soon). Though, in the mean time, lots of details to see and to enjoy. You can even use it as a backdrop object for your urban neighborhood scene! Welcome to the Ransom Gillis House! Although the origin is in Brush Park, Detroit, Paulwall proudly holds a replica of it.
