Paulwall has a number of historic houses. This house in particular is modeled after Detroit's Horace Tarbell House on Adelaide St. The real condition of this house is pretty sad with broken windows, boards, overgrowth, and some broken wall in the rear, opening the structure to the elements. The real house is the only house on its whole block. However, though the real house is abandoned, this Paulwall version is a mint-conditioned house with all its windows intact and no overgrowth and with both porches still standing. Although currently there is no interior in this model, it will have one in the future as resarch continues with this fine house. Truly a gilded age mansion. The house looks small from first appearance but it is actually bigger than anticipated and this model is of correct size! Enjoy this piece of history for hope will see it restored and preserved :)
