Victorian House

Victorian House Free 3D model

Description

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Minus the turret, it probably wouldn't be even considered victorian. However, for this very simple home, the massing elements working together, the turret, window treatments, bays porch, shingles, and ornate colors successfully give it an impressive victorian fascade. Enough with that. Now to cut to the chase. The house is a 3 bedroom, one bathroom. The Sears homes had only one bathroom. The house has a full basement accessed from either the pantry or around back. Most kit home models would show a few changes such as a new kitchen or bathroom. But not this one, here you get to see the absolute original. Everything exactly as it is! One other thing, there is a decorative chair rail in the dining room, paneling below and wall paper above. All of these things combine to make for the perfect little house. It would fit perfectly into any city or small town scene. A wonderful addition to completing your downtown. The house is layered, check it out!!! Please rate. It is a Queen Anne classic! Caution, lead paint on interior walls!
