This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. The term manufactured means this was built on a factory's assembly line then trucked to the site. Anyway, about this trailer, it has the standard 3 bedroom 2 bathroom configueration. The master bedroom has its own bath and walk-in closet on the far end of the house. The mobile house has a nice kitchen that also shares with the dining. Yes, like most trailer houses of its kind, it has open kitchen, living, and dining. Behind the kitchen is a hidden laundry room. Sort of like a secret entrance. You'll see once you get inside. So yeah, this home essentially has the trailer feeling. Heck, it even includes the screen door, water heater, central heat, linoleum, mostly carpet, plain doors, cheap metal windows, low vaulted ceilings, skirting, and the stairs. Not all of these homes had tounges (used to pull these houses by truck) so I didn't include a tounge on this one. IDK, I might include one in the future. Though the roof can be removed via the layers toolbar, go inside with the roof on the house. I made this model specifically for you to feel like you are actually in one of these modular homes. I have been inside so many of these, I know exactly how it feels. This one in particular is an older one, note the old looking metal cladding about the exterior.
