This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a little retro bungalow house. Perhaps the first thing you just may happen to notice is the massive stone chimney. That's definately the thing that captures me. Like any retro house, it has a large picture window in front. The 2 bottom sections open, the upper plate does not. This house is a personal favorite of mine, not too sure exactly why. Could it be that it is marked as a 2-bedroom but that the room in back could be its 3rd bedroom? Could it be that the master bedroom has dual closets and it's own private toilet? Could it bee the built-in bookcase in the great room? Could it be that the living/ dining are the same room? Or perhaps just alone its blue-ish appearance? You may never know... I may never know either. The dining room is by the sliding glass door. Basement acces is in the kitchen. Kitchen may contain small breakfast table against window. Back room may be a bedroom, office, intertainment, etc I hope you enjoy this little retro house and please rate.
