Awesome, rock on man, exactly what I was looking for at a price I can't argue with (it's for Los Injurus City map project for BeamNG Drive). If you have that game, you can try out an existing version of the map online (or ask me for a link to the private betas when available, since you contribute in this way). Nice to have a semi-low-poly model to keep FPS up and hopefully keep draw calls down (sew most all UV's with similar textures = better performance).
