Greatly appreciate the Unreal zip file. Seems the material has the roughness texture plugged into the metallic. Easy fix. Also appreciate that the door and glass are separate meshes. Unfortunately, the glass, in the unreal zip, does not have a material. Will figure out the glass later. Otherwise... ...for FREE... ...it is AWESOME in that both the outside and the inside is detailed as well as there is a detailed crawlspace such that it can easily be placed on uneven terrain. Thanks!
