This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Please note that I used many components in this (and since I modeled this awhile ago and didn't keep track, I have no idea who to give credit to). This is an Italian style house with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There is an open air porch/living space right when you walk in the front door! It is complete except for furnishings. Please enjoy and let me know what you think!
